It is a one-year professional collaboration for sports academies, coaching centres and clubs that includes RE-FIT® brand association, coach certification pathways, promotional support and a free PartnerDesk dashboard to manage athletes and fees.
Professionally operated sports academies, coaching centres, sports clubs and athlete-development organizations may apply, including cricket, football, badminton, athletics, swimming, martial arts, basketball and other sports. Every application is reviewed before approval.
The current partnership fee is ₹9,999 per year. Applicable taxes may be additional. You can send an enquiry first without any payment.
Yes. Approved academies get RE-FIT® PartnerDesk at no extra cost. You can add athletes with parent or guardian details, create batches and fee plans, record fee payments, share receipts on WhatsApp or email, send renewal and due-fee reminders, send birthday and welcome wishes, and mark batch-wise attendance with monthly reports.
Yes. PartnerDesk sends automatic reminder emails and gives one-tap WhatsApp messages. For guardian-managed athletes, reminders and absence messages can go to the parent number. No paid SMS or API is required.
No. Your academy remains independently owned and managed. The partnership is a professional collaboration governed by agreed terms.
Yes. Coaches can join RE-FIT® online courses such as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CSN) to strengthen athlete conditioning and nutrition guidance. Course fees are separate from the partnership.
Any use of RE-FIT® branding is subject to written approval, partnership status and applicable brand guidelines.
Yes. The program is delivered online, so academies from any country can apply. Pricing is shown in INR and international payment options are explained during onboarding.
