1. Purpose of Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials help prospective learners, professionals and institutions understand real experiences with RE-FIT courses, services, workshops and partnerships.

They are intended to provide useful context, not to guarantee that every person or organization will achieve the same result.

2. Who May Submit Feedback

Feedback may be submitted by learners, graduates, applicants, partner institutions, workshop participants, clients and other individuals or organizations with a genuine experience involving RE-FIT.

RE-FIT may request reasonable information to confirm that the reviewer had a relevant interaction with the academy.

3. Verification and Moderation

Reviews may be checked before publication to reduce spam, impersonation, fabricated claims, unlawful content and material that is unrelated to the reviewed service.

  • Identity or enrolment details may be verified privately where appropriate.
  • Personal contact information should not be published without permission.
  • Minor edits may be made for spelling, grammar or clarity without changing meaning.
  • Substantive changes should not be made without reviewer approval.

4. Reviews We Do Not Accept

RE-FIT may reject or remove reviews containing:

  • Fake, purchased, incentivized or impersonated feedback
  • Threats, hate speech, harassment or discriminatory content
  • Private personal data, confidential records or unsafe disclosures
  • Illegal, defamatory or knowingly false statements
  • Spam, unrelated promotion or repetitive submissions
  • Guaranteed income, employment, ranking or performance claims

5. Positive and Critical Feedback

RE-FIT does not require all published feedback to be positive. Constructive criticism may be published when it is relevant, respectful and based on a genuine experience.

Where appropriate, RE-FIT may respond publicly or contact the reviewer privately to understand and address the issue.

6. Incentives and Commercial Relationships

RE-FIT does not support undisclosed paid or fabricated reviews. If a reviewer receives a benefit, discount, free access or other incentive connected with a testimonial, that relationship should be disclosed where required.

Employees, contractors, partners and affiliates should not present themselves as independent customers without clear disclosure.

7. Ratings and Aggregate Review Data

Ratings should reflect genuine submitted feedback. Aggregate scores should not be displayed unless the underlying review data is real, current and capable of being substantiated.

RE-FIT may suspend or remove rating displays if data quality, verification or representativeness cannot be maintained.

8. Use of Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial for publication, the reviewer may authorize RE-FIT to use the approved text, name, role, organization and image across the website and related marketing materials, subject to the permission given.

Sensitive personal information will not be intentionally published without consent.

9. Removal, Correction and Withdrawal

A reviewer may request correction or removal of their published testimonial. RE-FIT may also remove content that later proves inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, unlawful or inconsistent with this policy.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Testimonials describe individual experiences. Course completion, certification, partnership, career, income, business and performance outcomes vary according to many personal and external factors.

Publication of a testimonial does not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results.

11. Report a Review Concern

To report a false review, privacy concern, unauthorized testimonial or other issue, use the official RE-FIT contact page.
