It is a one-year professional collaboration for gyms, health clubs and fitness studios that includes RE-FIT® brand association, trainer certification pathways, promotional support and a free PartnerDesk dashboard to manage members and fees.
Professionally operated gyms, health clubs, fitness studios, CrossFit and functional training boxes, personal training studios and training centres may apply. Every application is reviewed before approval.
The current partnership fee is ₹9,999 per year. Applicable taxes may be additional. You can send an enquiry first without any payment.
Yes. Approved partner gyms get RE-FIT® PartnerDesk at no extra cost. You can add members, create membership plans, record fee payments, share receipts on WhatsApp or email, send renewal and due-fee reminders, send birthday and welcome wishes, and mark daily attendance with monthly reports.
PartnerDesk can send automatic renewal, expiry and due-fee reminder emails every day, and gives one-tap WhatsApp reminders you can send from your phone. No paid SMS or API is required.
No. Your gym remains independently owned and managed. The partnership is a professional collaboration governed by agreed terms.
Yes. Trainers can join RE-FIT® online courses such as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Sports Nutritionist (CSN) and Health Club Management (HCM). Course fees are separate from the partnership.
Any use of RE-FIT® branding is subject to written approval, partnership status and applicable brand guidelines.
Yes. The program is delivered online, so gyms from any country can apply. Pricing is shown in INR and international payment options are explained during onboarding.
